Tanana Valley Clinic (TVC), Fairbanks Memorial Hospital (FMH) and Denali Center (DC) comply with applicable Federal Civil Rights Laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or socioeconomic status. It is our policy to promptly resolve any complaints regarding care, services or alleged actions prohibited by section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination Act, or Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
