Profile
Ms. Mancuso is inspired by the courage she sees in people each day. She began her medical professional career as a pharmacy technician, and wanted to be able to advance her skills to better serve patients. She attended nursing school in Fairbanks, and has worked in the FMH Emergency Department (ED) as both a nurse and an ED tech. While working in the ED, Ms. Mancuso always found herself wanting to spend more time talking with people, and hearing more about their story.
She transitioned to working in the behavioral health field, and has worked in every type of setting from the psychiatric emergency room to the outpatient clinic. She believes everyone's story is unique and people feel best when they receive collaborative care. An integrative approach allows her to treat patients in their entirety, not just their symptoms. Ms. Mancuso provides judgement free care, which includes the patient as part of the treatment process. She truly enjoys talking with people, and hearing about their personal journey.

Away from the hospital, you will find Ms. Mancuso spending as much time as possible in nature, including taking her dog for walks in the woods. She enjoys spending time with family and has a passion for cooking.
