Ms. Mosley comes from a lineage of nursing, as both her mother and grandmother were nurses. She 'grew up' in the hospital and began working in health care at the age of 16. She became a registered nurse in 1991, and has worked in a variety of areas, including in the emergency department, telemetry, home health care and nurse education. Ms. Mosley taught mental health nursing for 14 years and has always been fascinated with the mind and how it works. Knowing that mental illness can often cause people to feel marginalized and discriminated against, Ms. Mosley works to normalize mental health and advocate for everyone to be more mentally healthy. She enjoys ways and techniques to help people cope with overwhelming circumstances.
