Tanana Valley Clinic at
Fairbanks Memorial Hospital
Dianna believes in building partnerships with patients and families, providing health education and resources, and advocating for wellness and prevention of disease through self-care and regular primary visits.
Dianna believe in the importance of collaborative relationships with other health care providers to support patients in their pursuit of holistic wellness. The incorporation of functional medicine concepts and complementary and alternative therapeutic modalities is an integral part of her practice for women throughout the lifespan. Whole foods, nutrition, hydration, moderate exercise, and stress reduction are emphasized as important aspects of good health.
Dianna loves to teach and consider herself to be a lifelong learner. She is continually amazed by the elaborate and complex physiology of pregnancy and birth, and consider it an honor and a privilege to be entrusted to care for women and their newborns. Providing midwifery and women's health services to the women of the Alaskan Interior is a very rewarding profession.
Interests & Activities
In her spare time, Dianna enjoys 4-wheeling and cross-country skiing with her children, her dog Goose, and her husband, Peter. She loves throwing pots on her wheel and is a member of the Fairbanks Potter's Guild. In the summer, you may find her selling her functional ware at the Tanana Valley Farmer's Market.
