Profile
PA Cordova came to Foundation Health Partners from Florida, where she gained more than 10 years' experience as a physician assistant in pediatrics. PA Cordova credits her mother's career in nursing as her inspiration for a career in medicine and her love work working with children as the reason for gravitating to the pediatric specialty. Educating patients and their families is very important to Ms. Cordova. She prefers to take her time during scheduled appointments, getting to know her patients and their families. While excited to see any pediatric patient, Ms. Cordova has a passion for newborns, and cherishes the opportunity to continue to see them through the years as they grow.
Interests & Activities
Away from the clinic, PA Cordova loves to travel, and describes exploring Alaska with her husband and son as an incredible experience. She and her family love to spend time camping, biking & hiking and fishing. When the temperature drops and the snow falls, you can find PA Cordova indoors baking, though she still gets outside to enjoy the winter months. She believes that a healthy lifestyle should be fun and incorporates her son into her personal wellness plan, whether that be playing in the park, rowing boats or just going on a walk together.
