In an effort to maintain social distancing recommendations, Fairbanks Memorial Hospital has implemented safety precautions with the best interest of our patients, health care workers, community and you in mind. Denali Pharmacy’s curbside pickup is a safe and easy way to pick up your prescriptions without having to enter the hospital.

With advance payment over the phone, Denali Pharmacy will notify you when your prescription is available for pick up. You then simply call or text with your last name and vehicle make, model and color, and someone from the pharmacy will be out with your prescription. Medication counseling and questions can be directed to 907-458-5615, option 3.

Curbside pickup is available Monday through Sunday, 9am through 10pm. This is subject to change as we work through the demands of the community.

For those without a car, a waiting room is available within the Emergency Department. Those waiting inside for their prescriptions will go through screening and masking prior to entering the facility.

HOW TO USE CURBSIDE PICKUP

1. Call Denali Pharmacy at 907-458-5615, select option 3. 
   • Have your insurance card and credit/debit card on hand, along with any allergy information. 
2. Pay for your prescription ahead of time.  
   • Talk to the pharmacist about auto pay and notification options. 
3. You will receive a call or text when your prescription is ready.
   
   
4. Drive up to the main entrance of Fairbanks Memorial Hospital just past the emergency entrance. Look for the sign. 
   • You won’t need to get out of your car. 
5. Text 907-202-7327 - or - call 907-458-5615, select option 3.
   Provide your:
   • Last name 
   • Car make/model/color 
6. A member of Foundation Health Partners staff will be out with your prescription.
