I enjoyed critical care nursing in Vanderbilt University's trauma unit, but wanted to advance my skills. I had friends who became CRNAs and while shadowing them at work, I found I enjoyed the operating room. I believe it's important to engage in people you meet where they are and explain what to expect and how you are going to help them.  

Interests & Activities
I enjoy camping, hiking, knitting and reading. For personal wellness, I enjoy exercising and spending time with friends.
