Catherine Hompesch, MD accomplished her Doctorate of Medicine with Distinction in Research from the University of Texas at Southwestern (UTSW) in 2012. She pursued her residency training in Internal Medicine also at the UTSW, and has spent the last year as the Chief Resident focusing on Quality Improvement & Patient Safety at the UTSW/VA North Texas Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.

With her extensive research, publication, and presentation background, Dr. Hompesch is a valuable addition to the team of Hospitalists at FMH.

Interests & Activities

Dr. Hompesch enjoys spending time with her husband and their 6-month old son. She also enjoys cooking, playing the violin, and swimming.
