Are you managing multiple medications or feel your medication regimen is too complicated? Would you like to better understand your current medications or explore alternatives? Our Medication Therapy Clinic is staffed with clinical pharmacists to answer your prescription drug questions and help optimize your current medication therapies.

Pharmacists at the Medication Therapy Clinic do not dispense medications. Instead, we provide one-on-one education and monitoring to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit from your currently prescribed medications. We work with your provider to modify therapies when effectiveness wanes, side effects arise, your insurance changes, or medications are no longer needed.

Once your provider refers you to the Medication Therapy Clinic, your medical chart and medication history will be reviewed by a clinical pharmacist. Supplementary lab tests may be ordered. You will then be scheduled to meet with the pharmacist to discuss your current treatments, make dose adjustments, or change medications if there are better therapies for you. A treatment plan with follow-up appointments may be provided.
