FMH McGown room, 1st floor.
Calling all K-12, High School, or College students interested in a career in the Health Care Industry! An Education Expedition awaits you at the Foundation Health Partners’ Health Care Career Fair.
This career fair is a highly interactive path that begins with choosing a career and education model, before ascending towards the summit of the expedition, which is a job!
Students will have the opportunity to see actual animal hearts, lungs and livers working and dissected. Students may also participate in CPR simulations, learn about patient movement, through specialized equipment demonstrations, or have some fun in our photo booth that is complete with surgical wear and anatomy props.
The path then ascends toward booths from a host of FMH departments focusing on health care support careers: allied health, APP, HIMS, Biomed, Nursing and Physician careers.
As students continue to climb the path, they will find booths from educational institutions to help further shape a career. The path summits with job expectations, and ends with a visit to the Foundation Health Partners’ Human Resources department.
