It’s V-Day! FHP begins vaccinating employees and medical staff this morning. This is a day that marks the beginning to the end.- We’ve made the vaccine education video that is required viewing for employees in HealthStream, available to share with friends and families. The video features FHP clinicians explaining the vaccine in terms that even I can understand, consequently we had several requests to share it beyond FHP. (Note: This video is required employee education in HealthStream, you will need to watch it in HealthStream in order to receive credit for the course. Sidebar: It needs to be watched in its entirety - you can’t fast forward it. If you do, it will say “in progress” and you won’t receive credit for the class. (I know this not from personal experience, but rather because the Education Dept. wants everyone to know this!)
- Several employees received the vaccine registration invitation last night. The email came from the mailbox of Catherine Messenger rather than FHPOccupationalHealth@FoundationHealth.org as we indicated that it would. The email is a legitimate registration invite. We apologize for any confusion. (Kudos to all of you that reached out to be sure that it was a legitimate email and not a phishing attempt!)
