• FHP is receiving 975 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine from Pfizer and vaccinations for FHP employees and medical staff begin tomorrow, Thursday, Dec. 17, 2020. These are truly, “Where were you when…” moments. 
• With regard to who will receive vaccines from the first allotment, employees and medical staff have been grouped into waves based on occupational risk and exposure. Registration invitations for the first three waves have been sent out. 
• Send your COVID-vaccine related questions to EmployeeFeedback@FoundationHealth.org. Emails are monitored throughout the day and routed to the appropriate person or dept. for follow up. Please be patient with receiving a reply, most of the subject matter experts are busy preparing for vaccinations to begin. If your question is urgent, please mark it so in your email and we’ll do our best to escalate it to get you an immediate reply (but please reserve this for time sensitive or emergent questions.)
