Fairbanks, October 16, 2023 - Foundation Health Partners (FHP) is thrilled to announce the reopening of our vascular surgery service line at the Porter Heart and Vascular Center (PHVC) under the leadership of Dr. Mark Ombrellaro. After a temporary pause in services, the clinic will reopen vascular surgery services in early November.

Dr. Ombrellaro, a distinguished vascular surgeon with dual board certifications in general surgery and vascular surgery, brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to providing holistic patient care. Beyond his clinical expertise, he has earned recognition as an industry consultant in endovascular technology and holds an impressive portfolio of technology patents. We are honored to welcome him to Foundation Health Partners.
