Profile

Dr. Chhor was born and raised in Canada and is the first of his family to go to college, earning a Bachelor of Science in Honor's Immunology from McGill University in Montreal. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at WellSpan York Hospital in York, PA.

Dr. Chhor enjoys delivering multidisciplinary care in both a personalized and compassionate manner to effectively treat his patients, most of whom are very ill. This team-based and patient-centered care is at the core of his practice style which he uses to provide the optimal patient experience. He believes working in Alaska provides the opportunity to practice the full extent of his training to deliver high quality care and have the greatest impact on Alaska's underserved communities.   

Interests & Activities

Away from his practice, Dr. Chhor enjoys running, lifting weights, shooting sports, and role-playing games.
