The health and wellness of the people we provide care for is our top priority, and community mitigation measures will allow us to remain committed to that mission. Fairbanks Memorial Hospital (FMH) and Denali Center are restricting access to guests and visitors effective immediately. FMH has limited the points of entry to the Main Lobby, the Emergency Department and the North Entrance Surgery Services.

OfflineDenali Center implements safeguards for COVID-19 by asking visitors screening questions before allowing entry
Denali Center (DC) has implemented COVID-19 precautions with a single point of entry and visitor screening to protect the health of its elders. This preventative measure follows the CDC COVID-19 guidelines for long-term care facilities and is in place to safeguard this high-risk population that is most vulnerable to the virus. DC is screening visitors before COVID-19 has been identified in the Interior to prevent the virus from entering its doors.
Denali Center (DC), a 90-bed comprehensive short- and long-term care facility located next to Fairbanks Memorial Hospital and part of Foundation Health Partners, has put measures in place to safeguard its residents from the spread of the COVID-19, also known as coronavirus.
All visitors and volunteers must enter through the DC lobby as a single point of entry and exit. Upon arrival, screening for respiratory illness COVID-19 exposure, and use of alcohol based hand sanitizer will be required.…
