Elizabeth Ricca, LCSW is a licensed clinical therapist with the FHP Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic. Ms. Ricca feels the most fulfilled when in the services of others, and first became interested Social Work when she learned of the opportunities it provided to help facilitate change on both a micro and macro level.

She believes in meeting the patient where they are at in order to identify goals, and develop steps needed to achieve those goals. Her practice style includes motivational interviewing, dialectical behavior therapy, and has been trained in EMDR therapy. Ms. Ricca is inspired each day by the opportunity to help numerous people, and feels a sense of gratitude to be able to see people who have carved out time in their day for an appointment with her.    

Interests & Activities

Away from clinic, Ms. Ricca likes to spend time in the great outdoors of Alaska, and you'll likely find her on a local trail, hiking with her dog Sammie. She enjoys Kayaking and makes it a point to float the Chena River at least once a summer.
