Tanana Valley Clinic
Dr. Sally Mangum earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Pacific Northwest University. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Samaritan Health Services in Oregon.
Prior to pursing medicine, Dr. Mangum conducted research at the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Her research focused on food and its nutritional value. The more she learned, the more she wanted to be able to share this information with the public.
She realized that medicine was the best way to do that. Her desire to promote health and prevent disease has cultivated in to a passion for preventative care. She looks forward to learning about what the Fairbanks community needs and grow education in those areas.
