Profile

Ms. Rosenbloom started working with children when she was 10 years old and has continued to work with children throughout her career. She believes that pediatrics is the best medical specialty, and loves every aspect of working with children. Ms. Rosenbloom places family centered care first! She believes that in pediatrics, parents/family will always be central to the care she gives her patients.

She describes Fairbanks Memorial Hospital as one of the most community-oriented hospitals that she has seen, and admires its mission of putting people first. While working at a homeless youth shelter in college, she noticed a sticky note on a social worker's computer that read: There isn't a person you wouldn't love if you could read their story. She strives to live by that statement.   

Interests & Activities

Ms. Rosenbloom tries to stay active every day, whether it's a workout at the gym or a walk with her dogs. When she's not at the bedside, she enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, hiking, and volunteering in the community.  She loves pickles, and even attended an entire festival dedicated to pickles while she lived in Pittsburgh. Ms. Rosenbloom describes Alaska as a beautiful state that offers so much diversity including mountains, beaches, fishing, hiking, and good food. All things that she loves.
