Foundation Health Partners is committed to the health and wellness of our community. After many years being part of an out-of-state health system for operations management, in 2017, Foundation Health Partners became both community owned and community operated. This change was made to better serve our patients and to better meet the unique needs of Interior Alaska. Our vision is to provide a lifetime of excellent care by a community-based health care team.

We are residents of the Interior. Many of us have grown up here, are raising our families here, and plan to stay here. We practice compassionate health care because we care deeply about the Interior of Alaska.  We are committed to bringing in the services you need, to keep you here at home.
