Aspen Way, Denali Center’s round-the-clock short-term (less than 90 days) care program, delivers comprehensive inpatient care to individuals of all ages.

Our highly skilled and compassionate staff provides an array of medical and rehabilitative services  tailored to meet the needs of each patient. Additionally, Aspen Way caregivers coordinate with Home Health providers and other community health resources to ensure continuity of care following discharge.  

Care programs and services at Aspen Way are led by an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals including, but not limited to, primary care physicians, rehabilitation specialists, pharmacists, dietitians, case managers and clinical care coordinators.

Aspen Way at the Denali Center is committed to:

  • Providing the opportunity for patients and family members to participate in care conferences
  • Encouraging partnership between family and staff to promote family coping, mutual problem solving and continuity of care
  • Supporting choices that promote dignity
  • Defining risks that may be a barrier to a safe care plan

  • Complex medical care for conditions such as diabetes
  • Circulatory disorders and cardiac care (currently does not include telemetry or ACLS-required treatments)
  • General debilitation
  • Hospice services for pain alleviation and terminal care management
  • Infectious disease
  • IV administration
  • Multiple trauma
  • Post-surgical
  • Wound care

 Rehabilitation Services Provided for:

  • Amputation
  • Arthritis
  • Brain injury and coma management
  • General orthopedic
  • Joint replacement
  • Neurological conditions
  • Pain management
  • Respiratory care including respiratory infections and inflammations, and chronic respiratory diseases
  • Spinal cord injury and disorders
  • Stroke
