Services

Our Services

Denali Center has four patient wings – Aspen Way, Birch Lane, Tamarack Trail and Willow Run – that resemble individual neighborhoods with staff assigned to each. Birch Lane and Tamarack Trail provide general long-term care. Aspen Way provides care to people of all ages who need short-term (less than 90 days) inpatient care. Willow Run provides safe and supportive care for people with dementia or Alzheimer's Disease.

Long-Term Care

Long-term care involves a variety of services designed to meet a person's health or personal care needs during an extended period of time. These services help people live as independently and safely as possible when they can no longer perform everyday activities on their own.

Short-Term Care

Short-term care is a type of treatment that has a defined outcome, like treatment for an injury or recovery from an accident. The goal of short-term care is to get the body back to normal working order. This kind of rehabilitation service includes treatment sessions geared towards fixing that specific ailment, such as physical therapy.

Dementia & Alzheimer's Care

Elderly loved ones with dementia or Alzheimer's require a higher level of skilled care and supervision. Our Willow Run memory care unit is a wing within our assisted living facility. Supervision is provided 24 hours per day by staff trained to care for specific needs and demands of dementia patients. Willow Run provides the same services as our other neighborhoods with increased supervision, and offers activities intended to stimulate memory, and possibly slow the disease’s progression. Activities may involve music, arts and crafts, games, etc. Our staff is required to undergo special dementia training.
