Delineation of Privileges:
Licensure, education/training, certification, and additional qualifications are required documentation to obtain privileges at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital/Denali Center. Each department identifies specific minimum threshold criteria that must be completed and kept current during the providers time as active staff member. All providers are responsible to provide Medical Staff Services evidence of current certification that must stay current during their active status. Privileges will be suspended if required certification and special training expires during their active status as members of the Medical Staff.
