The Hub is a space specifically designed for a provider to manage all his or her medical staff tasks.
On this website, there is an area designated to Hub resources for providers. To access these resources, please click on the word 'Hub' heading on the main page. Currently, there are videos and instructional documents available related to: Case Review, Conditions (FPPE), Committee Reviews (credentialing file review), credentialing applications and a general overview of the Hub.

After two years of dedicated work, the Board of Foundation Health Partners adopted the proposed Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Professional Review Activity policy on February 28th, 2022.
