Information about the required Antimicrobial Stewardship Education
All privileged practitioners are required (by TJC) to complete antimicrobial stewardship education. The educational material is included as a pdf document being emailed to practitioners and was developed by the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee. The PROVIDER HUB creates a unique, secure space for providers to handle all their medical staff items.
The Hub is a space specifically designed for a provider to manage all his or her medical staff tasks.
On this website, there is an area designated to Hub resources for providers. To access these resources, please click on the word 'Hub' heading on the main page. Currently, there are videos and instructional documents available related to: Case Review, Conditions (FPPE), Committee Reviews (credentialing file review), credentialing applications and a general overview of the Hub.
