All privileged practitioners are required (by TJC) to complete antimicrobial stewardship education. The educational material is included as a pdf document being emailed to practitioners and was developed by the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee. The email also contains the link to the provider Hub which is where the three-question exam can be completed. Instructions on how to access the exam is included in the pdf attached to the email. Practitioners will receive a monthly email reminding him/her of the educational requirement until it is completed.  

The goal is 100% compliance. It is important all privileged providers are compliant by having the intitial education completed. The education and exam has been integrated into the reappointment process to ensure practitioners stay in compliance moving forward. 

The Medical Staff office staff can assist with accessing the Hub or locating the exam. Please reach out if you need additional assistance.
