After two years of dedicated work, the Board of Foundation Health Partners adopted the proposed Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and Professional Review Activity policy on February 28th, 2022. These documents will be reviewed on an annual basis and updated as needed. The most current versions of the documents will be kept on this page.
