What to Expect

Once you have applied, FHP’s Recruiting staff will review your application and make sure that you meet the desired qualifications. You will be contacted to discuss in further detail or invited for an interview if the Hiring Manager wishes to move forward. Our Recruiters may reach out by phone, text or email and will leave voice messages, so be sure to check often!

  • You will be notified by email if you are not selected for a position and your application dashboard will always have the most current status updates
  • Interviews may be conducted by phone, in person or via video platforms. Some positions require more than one interview and/or a job shadow where candidates meet and interact with the hiring department
  • All candidates who were interviewed but not selected will be notified by email or phone
  • Following offer acceptance, the Onboarding, Occupational Health and Background Check Processes begin for the selected candidate, working towards a mutually agreed upon start date
