For students with a confirmed clinical rotation placement:

Foundation Health Partners is delighted to welcome you as a student at our facilities. 

The onboarding process ensures that students entering our facilities have met all the compliance requirements. You will need to access your onboarding portal to complete these tasks.

Need Help Logging in?
You can find your username within your “Welcome to Onboarding” email, and the password is the same as the password you used to apply for your rotation with Foundation Health Partners.

Did Not Receive a Welcome Email?
If you did not receive a welcome email with your username and password you will need to submit a student clinical rotations request
