The Fairbanks Memorial Hospital Denali Pharmacy will be hiring for a one year, paid Pharmacy Tech Apprenticeship. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals who have a long-term interest in a Pharmacy Tech career.  Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the Pharmacy Techs are required to become certified, and make a one-year commitment of full time employment.

Apprenticeship Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Program requires all apprentices to obtain their Alaska Pharmacy Tech licensure prior to start date (FMH will reimburse licensure fees)
• Ability to make a one-year full time commitment of employment with the FMH Denali Pharmacy upon completion of the apprenticeship
• Must be able to pass a background check compliant with the State of Alaska DHSS Barrier Crime Matrix
• Must be able to pass a drug test prior to start date
