Nursing

The nurses at Foundation Health Partners are hands-on health professionals who provide focused and highly personalized care. Our nurses have a scope of practice as unique as Alaska, from the NICU to hospice care and everything in between. Through collaboration with all members of the health care team, our nurses provide the care needed by each patient as an individual.

Nurses represent approximately 40% of FHP's clinical staff and are at the heart of our patient care. We recognize that you, as professionals, are in high demand across the nation, so we offer competitive wages, generous benefits, job growth opportunities and relocation assistance.

Whether you're new into the nursing field, or a long-time nurse, FHP has opportunity to expand your health care career and grow into some of our specialties.

Student Nurse Technician

Foundation Health Partners is committed to all stages of education for nurses. The Student Nurse Technician program offers paid, per diem, positions designed to complement a BSN student's education and career progression.

The most important function of the Student Nurse Technician is to learn. This job creates an opportunity for nursing students to practice and expand their skills under the direct supervision and mentorship of licensed nursing professionals, bridging the gap between classroom theory and clinical application.
